Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, such as endpoint protection, access control, and monitoring.
- Collaborate in the support and maintenance of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo), including user assistance and basic configurations.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
- Support IT projects and implementation of new technologies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Provide technical support for internal users across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Basic knowledge in cybersecurity tools and practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
- Understanding of networking and infrastructure components.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
