Junior IT Support Engineer-1

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives, such as endpoint protection, access control, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate in the support and maintenance of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo), including user assistance and basic configurations.
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
  • Support IT projects and implementation of new technologies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Provide technical support for internal users across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Basic knowledge in cybersecurity tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
  • Understanding of networking and infrastructure components.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
