• Request deletion of your data under certain circumstances.
• Withdraw consent at any time (unless data processing is required by law).
• Without prejudice to the controls stipulated in Article (4) of the Personal Data Protection System and its executive regulations, file a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

Data retention

We retain your personal data as long as necessary for the purposes stated, or as required by law. Data is securely destroyed when no longer needed In accordance with the controls stipulated in Article (18) of the Personal Data Protection System and its executive regulations. We maintain records of your personal data processing activities, including the purpose of processing, categories of data, entities to which data has been disclosed, and retention periods, so that they are available upon request by the competent authority, in accordance with Article (31) of the Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations.

Minor’s data

We do not knowingly collect data from minors under the age of 18 without guardian consent, except where legally justified through a court order.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. In the event of a leak or unauthorized access to your personal data that may cause harm, we will promptly notify you and the competent authority.
